The installation was exceptional and the windows look great. Price was slightly more than the other contractors except 1 was way more. Sales person was good to deal with. I have a lot if confidence in window world products. They installed 4 patio doors in 2017, I had a problem with 1 door 3 years later and they came back and installed a new pair of doors for no charge

We needed 3 windows replaced and from start to finish, Window World did an amazing job on our windows. Our consultant at the first appointment was very respectful of our time and was very knowledgable about the products, and there was no haggling like other window replacement companies we talked to, which was very much appreciated. We also had a wonderful experience with our installation crew (shout out to Willian and team!) who were also very respectful of our space and were very professional as they met with me and explained the install and the features again and how to properly use our windows. They were also super quick, and the end result looks amazing!

The crew from Window World did a wonderful job installing our windows. We only needed three replaced, and they did it so quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after themselves as they went, which I really appreciated. What a great installation experience! The team arrived on time and immediately got to work. The team lead, Roger, explained how the process would work and made me feel comfortable. They installed 17 windows in 6 hours and that includes taking out the old windows, putting in the new windows, cleaning up all the old windows and installation supplies, including vacuuming the floors under the windows and cleaning the windows. Roger showed me how to operate the windows, and we walked around both inside and out to look at all the work and to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with our experience from start to finish. The salesman was professional and thorough in measuring and providing an overview of the windows and installation process. It took approximately 4 weeks or so for the windows to be built after ordering. Installation went very smoothly and quickly, only taking a two-man crew about 7 hours to complete the entire job. The installers were also prompt, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to demonstrate how to operate the windows. The windows are great quality, look nice, and are easy to operate. Pricing was also very reasonable, and a rebate from Duke Energy also applied to help offset the price further. Would highly recommend Window World.
