I had 5 noise reduction windows put in and Window World was exceptional end-to-end. The sales rep was nice, informative, and trustworthy, their prices beat competitors, and their installers were friendly and professional!

Our new windows were installed yesterday and we are thrilled! The whole process was smooth; from our first contact with Marc, to the crew that installed our windows. The installation crew leader, Roger, was great at keeping us informed and answering our questions. Speaking with the ladies in the office for scheduling and completing our transaction was made so easy. I will update our experience as we enjoy them. I'm eager to see how they affect our electric bill!

Window World did a wonderful job on our "whole house" window replacement! From Marc Conklin, who sold them to us, to Roger Luiz and his entire crew of skilled installers, they did flawless work. Also, Window World was considerably less expensive than the other 2 companies from which we got quotes.
In 8 1/2 hours, they replaced 27 windows. Yes, it was very loud when the saws were cutting out the old windows, but that can't be helped. A pleasant bonus was that the weather was perfect for having outside air flowing through the house part of the day. And they did a very good job cleaning up afterward. Thanks to all of you! We love our new windows!

Very happy with our new slider. Took about 4-5 weeks between order and availability because we had over sized eight foot wide slider.
Scheduling was great and installer did an excellent job, really pleased with the finish work around door.
And the door is great, very happy with the quality of the slider.

Thank you for today, Duane, and Window World of the Carolinas for your prompt service in replacing one of our window sashes!!! It looks terrific! We used this company to replace our home windows and to knock out our old front entrance, side, lights and transom with modern new ones. Everyone we’ve dealt with has always been very professional and simultaneously a joy to work with. Thank you, again!
