They were here in the time frame they gave us and even called when they were about an hour away. Quick and efficient. Happy with the experience.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The discussion upfront regarding what windows to replace was helpful and not a high pressure pitch. The guys that handled the installation were courteous and extremely professional. Highly recommend.

I purchased windows from Window World over 20 years ago. I am still pleased with these windows, a couple failed but they are guaranteed for life and they stand by their warranty. Just call them and they make it right. Also these windows look great on the house.

Lisa and I were very impressed with this entire company, as we spoke to all three levels, the owner, the salesman and the installation guys. No bs from any level. We received the same professional service from everyone. Very satisfied

The whole team rocks! From quote to install it was an easy process getting 4 windows replaced on our home. Willian and crew were awesome. They installed quickly, cleanly, and were very communicative throughout the process.

We had an excellent experience with Window World from start to finish. From the initial contact to schedule the free estimate, to the detailed measuring of each window, and finally the installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I'm writing this From the perspective of someone who owned and ran a similar business (custom closets).
From the first consultation with Trevor to the post installation follow up call with Tim, I couldn't have asked for better service. Everything was done professionally, with great communication, a straightforward quote with no "let me call my manager" shenanigans - oh, and the quote was also the lowest of the 4 I got. The installation crew were on time, professional and worked hard to get the work done well and in good time.
Lastly, the windows look so good it's made my neighbors' windows look old and shabby!
I couldn't recommend Window World any higher.

Window World was great to work with. From Marc coming to our home to explain the product through to the installation process….went very smooth. Marc took the time to answer all of our questions with a no pressure presentation. The installers were courteous and did an excellent job. Reasonably priced as well…I’d recommend them for replacement windows.

We purchased a whole house of new windows several years ago from Window World Carolinas. We have been very pleased with our choice since then. Our home is much more consistently cooled and warmed with no hot or cold spots near the windows. As a bonus our home is also much quieter!
Fast forward to 2026. We noticed that a few of the windows had shown failure between the panes. We contacted Window World and they were very prompt in sending someone out quickly who confirmed our suspicions and reordered the replacement windows. They were installed last week as promised, with no additional cost to us. The Lifetime Guarantee was honored, and the technician was fast and thorough. I cannot recommend them any higher. Great product, great people, great service! Thank you, Window World Carolinas!!
