Window World has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end – from sales to installation. For me, this was a major and expensive project to finally undertake. And after several proposals, Window World presented the best price with the best window construction. All my questions were answered, in particular, the spacers and Lo-E coatings. The installers were meticulous, working methodically and efficiently, with a thorough final clean-up. I am so pleased with my new Energy Efficient windows, but overall, working with Window World Carolinas.

Window World Carolinas did such a fantastic job replacing my windows that I did not hesitate to ask them to replace my front door. As before, they did a fantastic job.

I got quotes from four different companies prior to going with window world. Marc was honest with me and I trusted his insight and expertise. We had 5 windows and a back door that needed replacing. Window World was the most affordable quote, had a competitive warranty, and did not feel like they were trying to upsell us like some of the other companies.
Willian and Sebastien did such a great job installing our windows. They were on time, professional, explained every step in the process, and left my house cleaner than it was prior to the window install. The finished the project in a few hours and were a delight to work with.

The sales professional was excellent. Very thorough and knew his product very well. On installation, all windows were installed with precision and extraordinary detail. An outstanding job was done by all. Everything was cleaned up as if it never happened. Just new windows. We had 22 replaced.

The came out and gave a fair market price. We signed and they ordered the windows. A few weeks later 3 very nice guys showed up and did a very professional job. The windows look amazing and they did exactly what they said they would do. Sometimes that’s a hard thing to find these days. I will be recommending them to my neighbors as their needs arise.

I had a problem with one pane of glass in my bay window and I called and there was no questions asked. Danielle jumped on it, ordered it, and the installers came out and did a great job! Quality service!
